Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using the SafeCycle mobile app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SafeCycle. By registering, you confirm that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

SafeCycle is a menstrual cycle tracker that estimates safe and unsafe days using the Ogino-Knaus (calendar/rhythm) method. The service includes:

• A colour-coded cycle calendar and ovulation prediction.
• Period and ovulation reminders.
• Cycle statistics and health insights (some features are Premium).

You are responsible for keeping your login password and 4-digit security PIN confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

While using SafeCycle, you agree that you will not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's data.

Subscription fees apply for premium features. Payments are securely processed via the Razorpay gateway.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Fees paid are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to revise plan pricing with prior notice.

The SafeCycle name, logo, design, and all content are the property of Webkar Digital Solution and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use without permission is prohibited.

SafeCycle is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages, unplanned pregnancy, or health outcomes arising from use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, in case of a breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
